What shipped

Every tool now writes into the same inbox instead of keeping its own list. A drafted Discord DM, a clip waiting to be posted and a client update all queue in one place, sorted by when they need you rather than by which tool made them.

What changed

• One queue, one keyboard. J and K move, A approves, E edits inline, X dismisses. Approving 40 drafts is now about three minutes.
• Needs attention is separate. Anything blocked — a disconnected account, a video still processing, a role grant that failed on a permission — sits above the queue with the specific fix rather than a generic error.
• Bulk approve for replies. Comment and review replies can be approved as a group once you have read them, which is how anyone with more than 20 comments a day was going to use it anyway.

Why

The first build gave every tool its own screen. In testing, people opened two of them and forgot the rest existed. Approve-don't-build only works if there is one place to approve.

Publisher can now hold a real queue rather than posting on approval, and it knows what each platform will reject before it tries.

Added

• Cadence rules per destination. Posts per day, allowed days, time slots and a minimum gap on the same platform, defaulting to three hours.
• Cross-platform staggering. The same idea goes out 20 to 90 minutes apart across platforms by default. There is a "post everywhere at once" toggle for launches.
• Best-time suggestions. Computed weekly from your own reach by hour of week, shown as a chip you can ignore. It never moves a post on its own.

Fixed

• Platform errors are translated into a plain sentence with a fix attached, instead of the raw code. OAuthException 2207026 now reads "This video is longer than 90 seconds, which Instagram Reels will not accept" with a Trim button.
• Media still processing at slot time waits up to 30 minutes before moving to Needs attention, rather than failing immediately.
• Timezone changes keep queue times at their wall-clock hour and tell you they did.
