Prices are in USD and shown tax-exclusive. VAT, GST and US sales tax are calculated at checkout based on your billing address, and a VAT or GST number can be added in Billing so it appears on every invoice. Where a region requires tax-inclusive display, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Nothing deleted for 90 days
Downgrades disable, never delete. Extra connections are paused and you choose which ones stay live.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Fourteen days of Creator with no card and no "cancel before you are charged" trap. On day 12 and day 14 you get an email, and if you do nothing the workspace goes read-only rather than billing you.
What happens when the trial ends?
You can see everything and approve nothing, with a banner offering the plans. Your drafts, media and connections are untouched, and nothing is deleted for 90 days.
Is there a free forever plan?
No. Read-only is the only free state. We would rather charge a fair price and answer support properly than run a free tier we cannot afford to support.
What happens if I go over a limit?
On Creator and Agency you can turn on Auto top-up in Billing: $10 for 500 more AI drafts or 100 more media minutes, charged as you use it. Solo and Lane Pass upgrade instead, so you never get a surprise invoice.
How does upgrading work mid-month?
Immediately and prorated. You see the exact amount before you confirm — "You’ll be charged $21.40 today, then $49/mo from the 7th" — and everything unlocks the moment it goes through.
And downgrading?
At the end of the period, never mid-cycle. Before you confirm you are shown which limits will apply and what will be paused, and you choose which connections stay active. Nothing is deleted, only disabled.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Any time. The switch is immediate and your unused monthly time is credited against the yearly price. Yearly is ten months for twelve, on every plan and on Lane Pass.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown tax-exclusive, and VAT, GST or US sales tax is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax based on where you are. In regions where tax-inclusive display is required, the price shown at checkout is the one you pay.
Can I get an invoice with my company details?
Yes. Add a VAT or GST number in Billing and it appears on every invoice. All invoices are downloadable as PDFs from the same page.
What is a Lane Pass, exactly?
Publisher plus every tool in one lane, for $15 a month. It is the right answer if you only run a Discord, or only write a newsletter. When you want a second lane, upgrading to Creator is cheaper than a second pass and is one click.
