Guest Pipeline
Find guests, book them, prep them, without a single spreadsheet.
Included in Creator and Agency. Available on Solo as one of your three tools.
30-second demo
A recording of Guest Pipeline running end to end, from trigger to approved draft.
What it does
Three things, done properly.
Suggests guests who fit the show and are plausibly reachable, with the specific reason they would be a good episode.
Sends the outreach and hands over a booking link, so the whole "what times work for you" thread never happens.
Sends the prep doc three days before with the questions, the tech check and the release form to sign.
What you get
A finished draft, waiting in your inbox.
You never start from a blank box. The default interaction is reading something that already exists and pressing one of two buttons.
A pipeline board from suggested to booked to recorded, with outreach drafts, booking links, prep docs and, after publish, a promo kit page for the guest.

Set it and forget it
Autopilot, when you have a reason to trust it.
Outreach and prep sends run on their own on a weekly cap. The guest promo kit is generated and sent the moment the episode publishes, which is when guests actually share.
What never runs without a human
- Anything flagged by content safety.
- Anything the model rates below 0.7 confidence.
- Anything involving money: a refund, a discount, an offer.
- Public criticism, and any reply to it.
Works with
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Cal.com
- Calendly
Connect any of these once and every other tool that can use them does too. You are never asked for the same account twice.
Goes well with
Tools that share the same data.
Because everything lives in one workspace, these are not integrations. They are reading the same rows.
Episode Repurposer
Upload an episode. Get show notes, chapters, clips, quote cards, a newsletter, and a week of posts.
Sponsor Read Tracker
Proof every ad ran, with timestamps and downloads, sent to sponsors automatically.
Listener Question Inbox
A link where listeners leave voice or text questions; they arrive ranked and ready for your next episode.
Questions
Guest Pipeline, specifically.
Do I need Calendly?
No. There is a booking page at your handle backed by your Google Calendar, or you can plug in Cal.com or Calendly if you already use one.
What is in the promo kit?
A page for the guest with their clips, quote cards, captions and links, so sharing the episode is one click for them instead of a favour they forget.
Will it email people I have not approved?
Not with autopilot off, which is the default. Suggestions are just a list until you say go.
