Mod Copilot

Every report and rule break shows up with the right action ready. Click once.

Included in Creator and Agency. Available on Solo as one of your three tools.

30-second demo

A recording of Mod Copilot running end to end, from trigger to approved draft.

What it does

Three things, done properly.

  1. Classifies messages for harassment, slurs, scam links, self-promo against your rules, NSFW in the wrong channel, doxxing patterns and raids, with a confidence score on each.

  2. Shows you the case with three messages of context either side, the member’s tenure and prior strikes, and an escalation ladder you set: warn, then timeout a day, then kick.

  3. Writes the reason text quoting your actual rule number and the DM to the member, firm and from "the mod team" rather than from you personally.

What you get

A finished draft, waiting in your inbox.

You never start from a blank box. The default interaction is reading something that already exists and pressing one of two buttons.

Mod CopilotDraftWaiting for you

A queue of cases, each with a suggested action button row and a Dismiss. Dismissals feed a false-positive rate you can see, so you know whether to loosen the sensitivity slider.

Set it and forget it

Autopilot, when you have a reason to trust it.

Executes up to the level you set. The default auto-action is scam and spam deletion above 0.9 confidence and nothing else. Any mod can reverse an action from the log within 24 hours and the bot puts it back.

What never runs without a human

  • Anything flagged by content safety.
  • Anything the model rates below 0.7 confidence.
  • Anything involving money: a refund, a discount, an offer.
  • Public criticism, and any reply to it.

  • Discord

Connect any of these once and every other tool that can use them does too. You are never asked for the same account twice.

Questions

Mod Copilot, specifically.

How wrong does it get?

Only cases above 0.6 confidence become drafts, and your dismissal rate is shown on the tool page as a false-positive number so you can tune sensitivity with evidence.

Can members appeal?

Yes. A member DMs the bot the word "appeal" and it opens a case in your queue with their message and the original evidence attached.

What if the bot is missing a permission?

The case moves to Needs attention naming the exact permission and where to enable it, rather than silently failing.
