Paid Community Ops

Payments, roles, reminders, and removals handled without you touching anything.

Included in Creator and Agency. Available on Solo as one of your three tools.

30-second demo

A recording of Paid Community Ops running end to end, from trigger to approved draft.

What it does

Three things, done properly.

  1. Matches every paying customer to their Discord account, grants the right role the moment payment clears, and sends a welcome DM in your voice.

  2. Runs dunning on a ladder you control: DM on day 0, 3 and 6 with the exact update-card link and days remaining, role removed on day 7.

  3. Keeps an Unlinked tab of people who paid with a different email than their Discord, with a claim link you can send to all of them at once.

What you get

A finished draft, waiting in your inbox.

You never start from a blank box. The default interaction is reading something that already exists and pressing one of two buttons.

Paid Community OpsDraftWaiting for you

Role grants and removals execute and get logged. Dunning DMs, removal notices and welcome messages arrive as drafts with the payment link and the tone already right.

Set it and forget it

Autopilot, when you have a reason to trust it.

Removals execute without approval once you trust it. Everything stays in the activity log and any role action can be reversed from there, so a wrong removal is one click to undo.

What never runs without a human

  • Anything flagged by content safety.
  • Anything the model rates below 0.7 confidence.
  • Anything involving money: a refund, a discount, an offer.
  • Public criticism, and any reply to it.

Works with

  • Discord
  • Stripe
  • Whop
  • Skool

Connect any of these once and every other tool that can use them does too. You are never asked for the same account twice.

Questions

Paid Community Ops, specifically.

What if the role grant fails?

You get a Needs attention card with the exact fix, usually "Move Stacked’s role above Member in Server Settings > Roles". Not an error code.

How are refunds and chargebacks handled?

A refund creates an immediate removal draft. A chargeback creates the same plus a flag on the customer so you see it if they come back.

One customer, two Discord accounts?

Allowed up to two, with a warning on the member record. Beyond that it goes to Unlinked for you to decide.
